Weekly Zoom (led by Jeremy)
Pastor, who is helping you guard your own walk with Christ?
If you were spiritually dry, would anyone know it?
When was the last time someone asked you,
“How’s your marriage?”
When was the last time you confessed specific sin to another believer?
If you were quietly being overcome by temptation,
who would know… and who would pray for you?
Who is actually helping you pursue personal holiness—
not just ministry effectiveness?
For many pastors, these questions aren’t asked.
Not once. Not ever.
And after enough years in ministry, you begin to realize:
“If no one is asking me… are we asking each other at all?"
If nothing changes, nothing changes.
And most pastors stay in the same patterns for years—not because they want to, but because no one interrupts them.
Fill out a short form (1–2 minutes)
I’ll follow up with you personally
We’ll confirm if this is a good fit—there’s no pressure, just a short conversation to see if this is right for you
If it’s a good fit,
I’ll place you in a current or upcoming cohort.
You’re free to leave at any time—
but this only works if you show up consistently.
Shepherds’ Table is a place where pastors come to be known,
to speak honestly,
to confess sin appropriately,
to pray, and to take real steps of obedience—together.
Not just encouragement.
Not just support.
But real spiritual health.
If you’ve felt this—but haven’t had a place for it—
you’re invited to the table.
Most pastor groups focus on encouragement.
That matters—but encouragement without honesty rarely leads to change.
This is different.
In Shepherds’ Table, pastors:
• engage Scripture
• speak honestly
• confess sin (appropriately and safely)
• pray for one another
• take real steps of obedience
This is not a drop-in group—it’s a weekly commitment.
This is not for everyone.
This is for pastors who are ready to:
• show up consistently
• engage honestly (not stay at the surface)
• be known and challenged in their walk with Christ
This is NOT:
• a casual support group
• a place to exchange ministry ideas
• an unstructured discussion
This IS:
• a structured discipleship environment
• a place for honest spiritual conversation
• a consistent weekly rhythm
This isn’t about talking about discipleship—
it’s about actually practicing it.
Jeremy Plymale has served as a pastor for over 20 years and currently leads CrossHaven Church in O'Fallon, MO.
He is passionate about helping pastors grow in their personal walk with Christ—not just in their ministry leadership—and has been developing simple, structured environments for practicing Scripture, prayer, confession, and obedience in both church and leadership settings.
Shepherds’ Table is an extension of that work. He has written about repentance and Shepherds' Table, among other books available on Amazon.
• 6–8 pastors per group
• Weekly Zoom meeting
• Initial 8-wek commitment
• Led personally by Jeremy
Cost: $100/month
This ensures commitment, consistency and a strong group dynamic.
• Brotherhood
• Accountability
• Honest conversation
• Prayer and encouragement
• A consistent pattern that strengthens your walk with Christ
Not just for your soul—
but for your leadership and your church.
This works best for pastors who are ready to engage—not just observe.
• show up consistently
• engage honestly (not stay at the surface)
• follow a simple, structured format
• be known and challenged in your walk with Christ
You don’t have to be perfect—just willing to be honest.
This will be uncomfortable at times—because growth always is.
But it’s the kind of discomfort that leads somewhere.
Each week follows a simple, repeatable rhythm:
• reflect on Scripture
• share honestly
• confess sin (as appropriate)
• pray for one another
• take one clear next step
We rotate through key areas of spiritual life (FOCUS):
F – Family / Friends (your closest relationships at home and in life)
O – Others (serving and reaching people)
C – Confess (honesty, repentance, and accountability)
U – Unpack (your heart—emotions, motives, and idols)
S – Scripture (hearing from God and responding)
These are the conversations most pastors avoid—but where real growth actually happens.
As these rhythms take root in your own life, they don’t stay private—they begin to show up in your church.
At times, we’ll encourage simple, practical ways to help your people begin practicing:
• Scripture engagement
• prayer
• evangelism
• spiritual conversations at home
Not as programs to launch—but as rhythms that become visible.
The goal isn’t to add more to your plate, but to help obedience move from something taught to something practiced—together.
This is a structured cohort.
👉 This is not a group you help design
👉 This is a process you step into
It works because the structure is followed.
If someone consistently resists the format, they will be asked to step out so the group can stay aligned.
Maybe you’re not sensing a strong need for accountability.
Maybe you’re just looking for encouragement.
That’s okay. You’ll get that here.
But there’s something deeper—and more rare—that pastors need.
The truth is, we don’t outgrow our need for repentance.
We don’t outgrow our need to be known.
We don’t outgrow our need for one another.
This isn’t about something dramatic.
Just pastors—
ordinary sinners—
practicing everyday repentance together,
spurring one another on in our walk with Christ.
And when a pastor is spiritually healthy, his church can be too.
Brother, you’re invited.
You don’t have to pastor alone.
You don’t have to stay at the surface.
There is a better way—and this is it.
If you’re ready to be known, encouraged, and challenged in your walk with Christ—request a spot below.
This is the kind of environment most pastors don’t have—but wish they did.
